Legal information
Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule a booking, when refunds apply, and what happens if work doesn’t meet the agreed standard.
Garden visits for quoting are free. If you need to cancel or move one, just let us know; there is no charge.
You can cancel a confirmed one-off job free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start.
Regular care plans run month to month. You can end a plan by giving 14 days’ notice in writing. Visits already completed in the notice period are charged at the agreed rate; any payment made in advance for visits that will not take place is refunded.
You can move a visit to another available day with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. If we need to reschedule because of weather or safety, we will contact you as early as possible and there is no charge to you.
Larger projects, such as major tree work or planting schemes, may require a deposit to secure materials and booking dates. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least seven days before the start date, minus the cost of any materials or plants already purchased specifically for your job.
If any part of our work does not meet the standard agreed in your quote, please tell us within 48 hours of the visit, with photos if possible. We will return to put it right at no additional cost. Where the issue cannot be corrected, we will offer a fair partial or full refund for the affected work.
Trees and plants supplied and planted by us are covered for twelve months from planting. If one fails in that time, and the aftercare guidance we provided was followed, we will replace it free of charge once. This does not cover losses caused by extreme weather, animals, vandalism, building work or changes made to the planting area by others.
Approved refunds are paid using the original payment method where possible, within 10 working days of agreement.
