Floral ForceHub

About Floral ForceHub

We're gardeners first, and a service company second

Floral ForceHub was started by people who spent years working in other people’s gardens and kept seeing the same thing: good gardens slowly lost because nobody had time to look after them properly. We set up a service that makes proper care simple to book and easy to keep going.

What we hold ourselves to

These aren’t slogans on a wall. They’re the rules our crews work by, and the things you can hold us to.

Plants before shortcuts

We prune when the plant needs it, not when it suits the schedule. If a task would harm the garden, we tell you and suggest a better time.

Plain quotes

Every quote lists the work, the frequency and the price. If we spot something extra on a visit, we ask before doing it.

Same crew, every time

Your garden is looked after by a small, steady team that learns it season by season, so nothing gets missed.

Safe and insured work

Ropes, harnesses, eye and ear protection, and machines that are serviced on schedule. Tree work is planned before anyone climbs.

Tidy finish

Paths swept, clippings cleared, beds edged. The garden should look better when we leave than when we arrived.

Waste with a second life

Green waste is composted or recycled wherever possible, and we use peat-free compost and slow-release feeds.

Why we plant as much as we prune

A lot of garden services only take things away: cut, clear, mow, leave. We think a healthy garden needs the opposite too. That’s why tree planting and replanting sit next to pruning in our work, and why our crews know how to choose, place and establish new plants.

When we remove a tree that’s unsafe or in the wrong place, we’ll always talk you through what could replace it. Shade, privacy, fruit or flowers: there’s usually a better choice that will grow happily for decades.

Who you'll meet in your garden

Our crews are small: usually two or three people, led by a gardener with years of hands-on experience. Tree work is carried out by trained climbers who work to recognised arboriculture practice, and every crew member is trained in safe use of machines and hand tools.

Before a new crew member joins your visits, they’ve worked alongside an experienced gardener on other sites. That way the standard stays the same, whoever holds the shears.
