Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Customer records, quotes and invoices are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

We use secure, access-controlled systems, encrypted connections on our website, regular backups and strong passwords. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job. Paper notes taken on site are kept to a minimum and disposed of securely.
